Partitions
Drylined partitions involve attaching plasterboard or other sheet materials to create walls within a building. Our skilled team ensures precise plasterboard placement. Whether it’s curved walls or unique spaces, we tailor drylining to your needs.
Ceillings
Grid ceilings (also known as suspended ceilings) consist of a metal grid framework suspended from the structural ceiling. Ceiling tiles are then placed within the grid.
It conceals services (wires, pipes), improves acoustics, and allows easy access for maintenance.
Suspended ceilings - Similar to grid ceilings, suspended ceilings use a framework to support ceiling tiles.
Being lightweight, fire-resistant, and versatile for various construction applications they are common in commercial buildings, offices, and schools.
Metal framing
Metal framing involves creating structural frameworks using cold-formed steel components. Here’s what it entails:
- Studs: Metal studs serve as vertical framing members. Heavier gauge studs are used in load-bearing walls and structural applications.
- Tracks: Horizontal components that support the studs and provide stability.
Our team understand construction plans and specifications, they cut and configure metal studs based on blueprints. Metal studs are assembled to create the framework. Completed work is verified against the design to ensure accurate stud placement.
Insulations
Insulation fills the gap between external walls to improve thermal efficiency, it plays a role in controlling humidity, and heat.
Common materials include :
cellulose insulation, rigid foam board insulation, fiberglass insulation,
mineral wool, foam boards, and blown-in insulation.
Proper insulation enhances energy efficiency, comfort, and sustainability.
